Brita Loppnow holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Behavior. She has a SHRM-CP certification (Society for Human Resources Management) and is a certified Career and Life Coach. Brita's desire to make an impact on her clients by providing fractional HR services is demonstrated through her industry knowledge. Having previously worked for McKinsey & Company, Brita's Human Resources experience now ranges from working with startups, tech companies, and small (but growing!) businesses. 

Brita is the Founder and CEO of Prosper HR. Through Prosper HR, she enjoys supporting Aspen Growth Coaching with fractional HR leadership, strategy, planning, compliance, and employee experience projects. Having the ability to fill the void with businesses who don't need a full time HR team and provide ongoing support, is no small feat. Brita champions with AGC leadership and team members so the company, as a whole, can focus on its team's journey and growth through a humanistic approach.

When she isn't researching the next buzzing HR topic, Brita enjoys paddleboarding, writing poetry and prose, practicing yoga, and playing fetch with her two dogs.
